A great way to learn the Fundamentals of Hitting, Base Running, Bunting, Sliding, become an All Star, Jr. High School Player, High School Player, College Player, Professional Player or just want to get better at Baseball.

This is how I teach my players to hit. They all hit against a stiff front leg (not on top of front leg).
That's when you shift your body against your stiff front leg at the point of contact. It's called a WEIGHT SHIFT

When your bat goes from the point of contact to where your arms are fully extended that's called a POWER "V" or Extension.

Then finish your swing to the shoulder. That's called a FINISHED SWING
